Google account identifier and email address when Google Sign-In is used.

Login session tokens and authentication status needed to operate the App.
We do not collect your Google password.

User-provided and generated content

Uploaded images, facial images, facial videos, reference images, and other media voluntarily provided by users.
Text prompts, instructions, template inputs, template modifications, and generation settings.
Generated videos, previews generated videos, previews, task outputs, and related media files.
Users are responsible for having all required rights, permissions, and consent for uploaded content, including facial content.

AI task, device, usage, and transaction data

Generation task metadata, rendering status, model parameters, error logs, and abuse-prevention signals.
Device model, operating system version, app version, IP address, language and region settings.
Usage events, feature interactions, crash reports, and performance diagnostics.
Google Play order identifiers, subscription status, purchase history, Diamonds balance, and Diamonds usage logs.
We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Payment processing is handled by Google Play Billing.

3. How We Use Information

To store and deliver generated content during the applicable retention period.

4. AI Processing and Model Usage

Uploaded images, facial images, facial videos, prompts, and template inputs may be processed by AI systems to perform requested generation tasks.

Such data is used only for App-related AI generation, model inference, rendering, template execution, generation-quality improvement, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and service functionality.

We do not use uploaded facial media for advertising, resale, unrelated profiling, or unrelated third-party training. Where additional consent is required by law or platform policy for model training or improvement, we will request such consent before that use.

5. Retention and Deletion

Uploaded media and generated media are not intended for permanent storage.

Uploaded images, facial images, facial videos, reference materials, and other uploaded media are retained for up to 30 days.
Generated videos, previews, and AI rendering outputs are retained for up to 30 days.
Prompts, template parameters, generation configuration, and generation task logs are retained for up to 30 days unless a longer period is needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or accounting records.
Google Play order records, subscription status, Diamonds balance, and transaction-related logs may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet accounting requirements, or comply with law.
After data is deleted or anonymized from active systems. Backup copies may be overwritten according to normal backup cycles.

6. Data Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with service providers only as needed to operate the App.

Cloud hosting and storage providers.
AI processing and rendering service providers.
Analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring tools.
Google Play Billing and payment-related platform services.
Fraud prevention, security, abuse-detection, and legal compliance providers.

These providers may process data only for service-related purposes and according to applicable confidentiality and security obligations.

7. User Rights and Account Deletion

Subject to applicable law, users may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of their personal data.

If you sign in with Google, deleting App data does not delete your Google account. It deletes or disconnects the App profile and App-related personal data associated with your Google login, subject to retention required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, subscription, or accounting purposes.
